Ariel Carter (Certified Family Law Specialist)

Ariel Carter is a Senior Counsel at the Family Law Advocacy Group who focuses her practice in the area of family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation, and child support.

Ms. Carter takes pride in her ability to passionately and aggressively represent her clients in all aspects of family law. Ms. Carter greatest assets are her abilities to connect with her clients, as well as gain a keen understanding on each individual case. She utilizes the applicable laws to achieve the best outcome for her clients and their families.

Ms. Carter received undergraduate degree from the University of New Haven and earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Thomas McColl

Thomas McColl serves as Of Counsel to Family Law Advocacy Group, collaborating with firm attorneys on cases involving dissolution, spousal support, child support, visitation, and other matters of family law. He places an emphasis on exceptional service, personal attention, and prompt communication, and draws from over a decade of experience to provide clients with the insight to make informed decisions about their legal solutions.

A former U.S. Marine, Mr. McColl earned his undergraduate from Idaho State University, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Whittier Law School.
